People
Our firm's
services are guided by three partners with 75 years of
experience in advising and guiding information technology companies.
James Dayboch has held various executive positions in finance and
operations, ranging from managing billions of dollars in investments to
investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, finance, accounting,
market analysis, and starting and operating new industry segments for a
Fortune 100-sized company. Jose Ofman ran a billion-dollar unit for a
Fortune 100 IT company, and more recently facilitated the sale of a high
profile IT company to which he was COO. Mr. Ofman is presently active
with our firm, and as Director on various company Boards. Herb Birch is
recognized internationally in the healthcare industry. He was Chairman and
Co-Founder of a healthcare management consulting company with 900
employees, which was recently sold
by Strategics. The Partners ensure that clients receive proper
advisory -- at the highest levels -- and assist in securing capital and technical resources for our
