James B. Dayboch, President
Mr. Dayboch subsequently started a consulting firm that advised corporate owners and CEOs on strategic, financial and industry matters. That firm is now Strategics. Concurrent to starting Strategics, James also had a successful CPA practice. James received an honorable discharge form the Air Force, and a BS with honors in Business from the University of Arizona. He is or has been a director, trustee or member of industry and charitable organization boards and committees, such as ANSI, and is presently a Trustee for an educational institution and various fraternal organizations. He is a member of numerous professional organizations. James has taught IT industry leaders in financial concepts and industry matters, and participates as a speaker in venues ranging from small groups to large national conferences. James maintains offices in Maine and New Jersey.
Jose Ofman, Partner
Prior to this, Mr. Ofman served as Corporate Vice President and group executive of a Fortune 100 company. During his 25 year career there, he managed over one billion dollars annually in information technology services. He was also president of that companies government services division for two years, in addition to seeing extensive service in Latin America, serving as senior operations executive for Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, and president of the company's Mexico division. Mr. Ofman also has experience working for another Fortune 100 company in the areas of engineering and systems analysis. Mr. Ofman holds a BS in Engineering Mechanics from the University of the Andes in Columbia, and a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. Jose resides in Austin, Texas.
Herbert M. Birch, Jr., CMC, Partner
In addition to his healthcare and IT experience, Mr. Birch has also served as Vice President of Healthcare Management Systems for an international firm, and was responsible for managing $10+ million in federal contracts. He also served as an accountant with a Fortune 100 company. Mr. Birch received a BS in Accounting form the University of Maryland, and is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). He has been a keynote speaker at dozens of national and international symposiums concerned with health care management and delivery, and public and private partnerships. He is presently Founder and Chairman of a group of start-up hospitality and entertainment companies in New Jersey.

James has spent most of his 20+ year career in information technology
leadership or advisory positions. Prior to starting Strategics, his
more recent titles with a Fortune 100 IT service provider included
director of Strategic Alliances for a billion dollar operating unit,
Director of Corporate Accounting having worldwide responsibility for
400 professionals, and Director of Investments with seven portfolios
containing billions of dollars in investments. Dayboch also held
corporate operational management positions, starting and subsequently
managing industry segments, such as electronic commerce. Other
positions held include Systems Analyst, Marketing Specialist, Cost and
Competitor Analyst and Senior Financial Analyst.
Most recently, Mr. Ofman served as
President and Chief Operating Officer, Americas, of a multi-billion,
multi-national 
Mr.
Birch has over 30 years of multi-industry experience, most notably as
Founder and Chairman of an internationally recognized $80 million
Health Care and Information Technology consulting company. Mr. Birch
and his firm provided strategic guidance, large-scale governmental
program management and/or monitoring, information systems, and
computer technical services to public and private companies at the
domestic, federal and state levels, as well as to clients overseas.
During Herb’s tenure, his company was listed by Consultant’s
News magazine as one of the “Top 100 Consulting Firms in the
U.S." Strategics recently concluded the sale of his firm to a major
IT company, after which he subsequently accepted Strategics’ offer
to join our firm.
